I’ve spoken about my love for denim a lot so far on this blog – it’s something I’m naturally drawn to and base the majority of my outfits around. Good denim that fits you well and is the right shade seems to be a nightmare to come by. Therefore, my advice would be not to hesitate if you find a great piece of vintage denim, it will open up your wardrobe to new options and last you for years to come. Levi shorts for instance – they are like gold dust, so when you find that pair that fits it often feels like fate. If you know the struggle then you’ll know I’m not being dramatic in the slightest. Denim is very serious…
I love how these ones look against this little polka dot blouse I stumbled across the other day – the floaty sleeves against the frayed denim are a match made in heaven. I can also see myself wearing them more with tights when Autumn comes around with some crop high neck jumpers and pointed boots. As you can tell I’m already dreaming of Autumn/Winter outfits – my absolute favourite seasons to dress for.
